1. Restriction on Use of Materials

You may not reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute in any way any material from this Web Site without the prior written permission of Pop Up Print. You may, however, download one copy of the material on a single computer for your own personal domestic and/or non-commercial use only, provided you keep intact all accompanying proprietary notices.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use this Web Site in accordance with these Conditions of Use and for lawful and proper purposes. You agree to be responsible for all matters arising from your use of this Web Site. Further, you agree:

  • Not to use this Web Site in any manner which breaches any applicable law or regulation or causes or which may cause an infringement of any third party rights;
  • Not to post, transmit or disseminate any information on or via this Website which may be harmful, obscene, defamatory or illegal or create liability on Pop Up Print’s part;
  • Not to interfere or attempt to interfere with the operation or functionality of this Web Site; and
  • Not to obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorised access, via whatever means, to any of Pop Up Print’s systems.

If Pop Up Print (in its sole discretion) believes that you are in breach, or will be in breach, of any of these Conditions of Use, Pop Up Print reserves its right to deny you access to this Web Site without giving you a reason and/or without further reference to you.

3. Printing Policy

As illustrated below, Pop Up Print will not be held responsible for any of the below illustrated outcome if occurred:

3.1 The final print output may have a tolerance of 1-10% of colour aberration compared to the original intended colour while the usage of computer monitor cannot be used for accurate colour matching. In addition, the differences of the properties of print media that are not exclusive of material texture, density, porousness and finishing may cause colour differences between each product.

3.2 If the final artwork file is received in RGB mode, Pop Up Print will convert to CMYK mode for print without prior notice, and our company will not be responsible for any colour discrepancy of the final output.

3.3 Pop Up Print is not liable for errors in the final product caused by any and not exclusive of the following factors: grammars, spellings, fonts, punctuation, bleed areas, final product size, cutting lines, incorrect or missing folds, crop marks, die cut lines, transparency, colour discrepancy, resolution, clarity and overprint. Pop Up Print does not make any changes on customers’ file(s).

3.4 If the design service of Pop Up Print is engaged to layout, edit or design artwork(s), approval of the artwork may be sought from the client before printing. On the other hand, Pop Up Print will print directly from client’s submitted artwork file(s) if no design service is required from us, and clients are to ensure that they have checked through their artwork files with factors listed in Terms and Conditions 3.3 before the commencement of the printjob. It may be chargeable should changes and cancellations be made after printing of artwork has been completed.

4. Warranty, Refund and Exchange Policy

4.1 Pop Up Print promises replacement or changes for major and severe color discrepancies and serious products defects which are realized from OEM manufacturing defects and they spotted within 12 hours from time of delivery or self-collection. As such, upon receipt of products, clients are to do a stringent and thorough check.

4.2 Please submit official invoice and defective products for replacement. In the case of a valid claim, Pop Up Print may, in its sole discretion, replace the goods (or the subjects in question) or refund to the buyer the price (or a proportionate portion of the paid price).

4.3 Replacements are solely for identical items. Any change of products, designs, sizes and dimensions are chargeable.

4.4 Please allow standard production lead time for replacement.

4.5 Warranty and exchange are not applicable to overseas shipment, or defects that are caused by negligence and mishandling.

4.6 Upon completion of payment, Pop Up Print will not be obligated to refund the price to buyers as each individuals products are customized and tailor made for each individual customers.

4.7 Pop Up Print reserves all rights in our final decision for refund and replacement.

5. Price and Quotation Policy

Official quotations have a validity of between 14-30 days. Pop Up Print reserves all rights to make quotation and pricing amendment at any time after acceptance, subjected to the variation of our costs of production. Clients are to be ensured that all confirmed orders are non-refundable.

6. Delivery and Shipment Policy

6.1 Pop Up Print is not liable for any consequences and damages resulting from the delay in delivery or shipment expected time caused by reasons beyond Pop Up Print direct control.

6.2 The address for delivery of the goods will be shown on the Order as indicated by the Buyer.

6.3 If the buyer fails to take delivery of the goods, Pop Up Print shall be under no obligations to refund the price. Goods may not be returned to Pop Up Print except as provided in Terms and Conditions 4.1.

6.4 Buyer must signed the delivery order, collection acceptance document or any other form of proof of delivery methods as notified by delivery carrier. The signature will constitute evidence for acknowledgement of the receipt of the goods.

6.5 Buyer must inspect the goods within 12 hours and provide sufficient notifications to Pop Up Print for any intention to raise a refund or replacement option as stated in Terms and Condition 4.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Pop Up Print reserves all rights, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms and Conditions under which http://popup-print.com is offered. The most current version of the Terms and Conditions will supersede all previous versions.
